By accessing or using the Driver Atlas Group website ("Site") or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or services.

2. Our Services

Driver Atlas Group is a driver recruiting service that connects qualified CDL drivers with trucking companies ("Carrier Partners"). We do not employ drivers directly. Final hiring decisions, employment terms, pay, and conditions are determined solely by the Carrier Partner.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years of age (or the minimum age required by the applicable carrier).
• You must hold a valid CDL appropriate for the position.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information in any application or communication.

4. SMS / A2P Messaging Program

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Driver Atlas Group regarding job matches, application status, recruiter follow-ups, and account updates.

• Message frequency varies based on your activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for support, or contact karan@driveratlasgroup.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Mobile opt-in data and consent records are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Use the Site or services for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Site.
• Submit applications on behalf of another person without authorization.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Driver Atlas Group or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Driver Atlas Group does not guarantee employment, specific pay, specific routes, or any particular outcome. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy of job postings supplied by Carrier Partners.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Driver Atlas Group, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site or services.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Driver Atlas Group is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
